On Thursday, Feb. 21st Maureen Rankin's father passed away. Mo was able to fly to Oregon in time to say good bye. On Monday, Feb. 25th there will be a funeral. If anyone would like to make a donation to the Rankin family to help them defray the cost of traveling to the funeral, I am sure it would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help on this.
Starting Tuesday Feb. 19th we will be starting a new workout format. "On your own warm-up" will be 20 min allowing for a additional set (10 min) to be added at the start of each practice.
